These terms govern your use of Viziers, operated by Viziers LLC. By using Viziers you agree to them. This is an initial draft pending final legal review.

Using the service

You may use Viziers to manage your own business’s customer communications. You are responsible for your account, for the channels you connect, and for complying with the terms of the underlying providers (e.g. Meta, your email provider, your carrier) and with applicable law when you message people.

Connected accounts

When you connect a channel you authorize Viziers to access and act on it on your behalf — retrieving and sending the messages you direct. You may disconnect any channel at any time.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Viziers to send spam, harass, or break the law.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Don't violate the platform policies of the channels you connect.

Availability & changes

Viziers is offered on an as-available basis during early access and may change as we develop it. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Viziers LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Viziers.
